Please note: Uber is not always available in Varkala, best chance is around noon.

From Varkala Sivagiri Train station you simply take one of the plenty auto rickshaws to come to the Cliff.
It takes less than 10 Minutes and costs around INR 150.

When you get dropped at the Helipad you can simply walk along the Cliff for about 5 to 10 Minutes and you will reach Sun Francisco.
